How does the Felvé pre-order work?
You choose the color and duvet size and complete the order normally via Shopify. The item is marked as a pre-order.
When will my pair be shipped?
The currently expected shipping period is displayed on the product page and in the shopping cart. After dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking information.
How do I find the right dual size?
Open the size guide next to the size selection, measure both feet and compare the length with the table. Check the stored values before launch on the actual product.
Can I change or cancel my pre-order?
The actual cancellation, change, and return conditions filed by Felvé apply. Link these clearly before publication.
